My gretsch 5120 gets really loud when I play high notes too. I use a cheapo boss compressor to keep the volume in check.

lol funny dog. Loved the guitar part. It sounded great allthough it would sound even better if you added more slap back reverb, but that can't take anything away from your great ability to play the instrument.

Thanks for the comment. The guitar is a 6120W which is an Eddie Cochran model--he retrofitted his with a P-90. Although, his model had a gold fixed-arm bigsby.
