I have increased the numbers of stairs slowly, started with one stair. :-)

I think it is not that hard, but the risk of getting hurt is not to be sneezed at.

The escalator is much harder because you need a fixed point to look at to stay in equilibrium. A problem at escalators.....

Why only at the first week? Well, you don't get used to it but after this time you are able to move your balls in the right position :-)

Very useful at steep and long downhill tracks to save energy. At the Austrian Unicycle Downhill Championship we rode down 800 m of altitude along ski and hiking trails. I needed 24 min. with a Schlumpf geared hub and a hydraulic rim brake and placed second. The winner, world champion of Downhill and North Shore, world record holder in long jump, David Weichenberger, was 6 min. faster!

He did NOT use a break and had a worse tire.

I don't know how he is doing that!

But it's possible for sure, as possible as Usain Bolt runs 9,65 seconds.

If you mean a motorbike- much too dangerous. I have killed myself almost three times with this fucking 100 hp Honda. Now it's sold.

"Knife in you"??? I don't think unicycling is that dangerous because the max. speed is approx. 20 km/h. With my new Schlumpf geared muni I can reach up to 30 km/h. This is the speed it gets critical.
