Comapanies that did jump on this WAP money train are scum, all of them. It is their responsibity to not be ignorant as to where the money is coming from, how will american taxpayers gain, but they are. Greedy scum dressing in "green" clothes. One here asked me to do the initial audits and rig them as they were to make the upgrades as profitable to them as possible. Weak video. Green efforts will result in a 1 to 2 percent savings in the overall scheme of things...at a 25 to 50% increase in cost, as compated to similar energy sources. This is why the private sector does not embrace it voluntarily. However, the government sees this as another opportunity for revenue and control - so they will continue to cram it down our throats with a significant amount of ignorant voters who believe anything without doing the necessary research on their own.

@postchevelle So true, I am in the private sector, this weatherization programs is a horrible loss of money, they make it sound like the money is from santa claus, and is going to the poor, they don't mention they just printed exrta money, inflated our dollar to upgrade homes and apts owned by the wealthy landlors. Funny part is the govt. is proud to take 30% or more of that newly printed money from thin air to increase its employment numbers, control. Country in depression, govt #1 hiring entit
