my wood ruff key is broken.i got an new pully but the wood ruff key wont fit into the crankshaft slot because it got damaged by the broken key.this means i have to get a new crankshaft?
All the below is wrong, as I have had the same problem with my Subaru 2.0 sport.
The Pulley wheel itself is lose, but also when it was removed the keyway on the shaft had eatin into the pulley itself.
Either get a new one or get a lightweight one. If you get one and it is smaller, use this to get your belt size. Take the difference in the size between the to pulley's and double it, this size is how much smaller your new belt/belts need to be.
There is nothing wrong with your keyway or key... It is extremely hard to hurt those. If that were the problem, the pulley would be spinning much more roughly, the crankshaft would bite then release it, causing your accessories to fail occasionally. If that IS happening, tell us. It will help in diagnosing the issue. A crank R&R is expensive/time consuming. Try the belt tension first, then inspect your other pulleys for debris. Those look like OEM iron. You may enjoy lighter OED pulleys.
Once you've got that fixed, clean all your pulleys and replace your belts. Both. Those belts are counterbalanced, and the worst thing there is to do to a crank pulley is take it's balance away. One belt might be significantly tighter than the other, causing the imbalance. Retensioning them may temporarily resolve your issue.
That's not the pulley wobbling, it is the crank in it's mainbearing, floating around. First, it isn't the pulley's fault, so replacing the pulley is not going to help. You will need to remove and inspect your crank shaft for damage, and possibly replace it, but before you do, check the bearings. I guarantee the end bearing (visible through the pulley snout's entry point into the block) is fried. A scored bearing race can cause that much float, that or a ball dissolved.
I have had this happen twice. Both times I needed to replace the harmonic balancer and woodruff key. Buy online and save huge local parts sores were $350-450 online around $60
Loose bolt. And maybe woodruff key is broken. I got same project on my -92 tbo legacy. I need to replace new woodruff key, but crank sprocket is tight as hell!!
the bolt has became loose causing the pulley to shift to and from woodruff key making a too wide slot which will cause the pulley to go round half a turn or so on its own take it off and inspect

so this is probably the main bearing? so to fix you have to remove the cranks shaft and replace bearing?

dont drive it more than likely your woodruff key is broke and it will ruin the pulley and slot it fits up in
