  • at least you have good taste in song choice. props my friend!

  • Gukac, Don't Listen to that loser, You done really well

  • Nirvana played that song on sounchecks. Kurt really like this song, but he wants to change the lyrics. This song was recorded in Nirvana last session in 1994 but only by Dave a Chris. Kurt played only on YKYR and some jams. It´s a pity. I´d like to hear this song with Kurts singing. But Dave recorded every concert and soundchecks so maybe he got it on tape. Sorry for my english.

  • foo fighters/nirvana ??? its not a nirvana song dude. its just a foo fighters song.

  • lol you sure ?

Dave Grohl said in an interview that kurt liked exhausted( this song) and he wanted to make it a nirvana song , but kurt died before he could place his lyrics into this song .

    It's kinda sad...

  • on the demo krist played bass. nirvana jammed with it

  • gukac, good effort, you can improve with a lot of practice every guitar player have problems in the beginning of his carrer or hobbie or whatever.

one of my favs of foo f..

  • also this sucks

  • This has NOTHING TO DO WITH NIRVANA

  • Dave gave it to kurt for th album that was in th making. it got demoed but without kurt singing- just dave and kirst. It was during the time that kurt was doing a brief spill in rehab. the demo is on youtube somewhere

  • how long had you been playing before you recorde this?

  • bien

  • Dude its ok at best, just cus u can put it up on the internet doesnt mean you should. work a little harder and then when it starts to sound decent put it up again. Im not trying to be mean its just my opinion...

  • i understand. i was young and foolish. sorry. i forgot to delete it. but i won't delete it. someday, i will laugh on this.. : D until that day, your duty to laugh : D thank u your opinion :)

  • dude this is absolutely terrible you really need to practice your timing and playing...

  • no it was part of the Lang Sessions, along with Marigold. so its a Nirvana tune, but evidently the Foo Fighters style can be heard in the song.

  • It's not a Nirvana tune... It's a LATE! tune.

  • Rythm is not ok. Try working with a metronome in the back ground, it helps a lot.

    Go on!

  • well, I think it's Foo song... but I love NIRVANA... and I though isn't problem, if I write here.. and vocals are sucks too.. i think :P

  • @Gukac can you PLEASE post a lesson?

  • Song was indeed written by Dave Ghrol, And it is indeed Officially a Foos song, But Nirvana performed it first, never made it into an Album though, or into a proper recording, with the death of Kurt. -> =(

Btw, Chords are right, but your rythm sucks. And your vocals are out of time.

  • NOT NIRVANA RETARD

its a Foo Fighters song #12 on the self titled album that came out in 1995

and ur cover was not good

  • I would say its both :) Dave grohl wrote it. But while Kurt was still alive.

    Kurt actually liked this song.

  • Did Nirvana Record it

  • No. Foos recorded it in 1995.

  • It is a "The What" song, not Nirvana or Foo Fighters, yes, it's true.

  • The What didn't record this song

  • yea I mean it was entirely made by Dave Grohl, technically he wrote while Nirvana was still alive, but Nirvana never performed it or recorded it officially I would just call it a foo's song

  • never mind... :P the Marigold is Nirvana song too, but Dave wrote it.

  • actually its a Dave Grohl song

he recorded it in 1991 on his pocketwatch Demo

    before Nirvana Recorded it

  • marigold was a bside to heart shaped box single

  • yea but it was called color pictures of a marigold on pocketwatch prior

  • i no, i was just saying twas re-released as a b-side...

it also appears on the Live Album Skin and Bones dvd and CD

it is also now a part of there setlist

  • its not bad! its the first song i learned on the guitar but its not a nirvana song! Dave Grohl wrote it in mid '93, it was played in nirvanas last recording session, that doesnt mean its a nirvana song!

  • So.. yeah :D I've learn guitar for 1 year, and i hope, I will play this song better...

  • Rhythm is wrong. Vocals suck. Not a Nirvana song in any way shape or form.
