To anyone who watches this and is still missing 1 (there seem to be a few), I had the same problem, figured it out.. Top level of the parking garage, inside a crate. I had watched through the 2 videos twice and was still not finding/noticing that one. I bet it's the same one others are missing. Hope this helps.

@Andy2481 Found it by the way. Not sure which one it was but I think i needed help from one of the other Simpson family members. Great game though and enjoyed it very much. They should bring out a sequel similar to this ... so much fun. Only managed to find all of Lisa's seals and not Bart, Homer or Marge.

The only way you cn get evry collectible in springfield is by completing the game first so you unlock all power ups and also this mode is only available for the X box 360. (I believe correct me if im wrong ;])

Yes, to get the achievement you have to find all of the collectibles throughout the whole game.
