Nice man..got a 1989 2.7 jap import...gone for the matt black look..spent about 250 hours on the bodywork...looking good now just need to finish the underseal and finish painting the A bar and the back box...As far as I know Its the only quad cab in the uk thays on the road..just checked ..it is..nice video...makes it look like you wanna buy it dinner though ;)
This model NOT import in the USA. We only had 2.4L Gasoline, very hard to see any diesel Nissan truck in the USA, maybe emission control in the USA is the most strictly in the world. Lucky D21 is the most last long and the best engine of Nissan, today, they do not make like that any more: 3 years or 36,000 miles broke buy a new one (American style)
That is the nicest d21 I have ever seen. my father has a 86 mod d21 that he had since 1996 and next year he is planning on selling it and I am going to buy it and restore it. probably not going to as nice as yours thoug. and i am going to change the engine at the same time. its a standar 2,5 diesel non turbo. super nice car you have!
i have to say that i love love love your truck i had a 87 a long time ago but now i regret ever selling it. now i want the crew cab for my family rig like yours

@252gxb Hi there ! thanks for your comment ! this has been my baby for the last 14years ! i spent a bit of money and time to treat the chassis las year , believe or not this still the original paint . always been garaged and loved ! this is the last survival in Jersey ( uk.) this is the Japanese import limited edition , 2.7 liter turbo diesel , manual , but you can find them easily in United kingdom . check EBAY MOTORS ! all the best ! cheers ! this is a genuine 4 door , she was born in Japan and called nissan d21 crew cab . this is an import and comes with a 2.7 litre turbo diesel .
here in UK. still a few crew cabs but not many with 2.7 engine , they are normally 2.4 L or 2.5 L diesel . petrol and V6 are very rare in UK.
i recently restored just the chassis , the body still with original paintwork .i am in Jersey Channel Islands ...

Very nice, looking real good. I got a left hand drive king cab in Jamaica, SE V6 3000 automatic transmission 4WD, not nearly as nice as yours tho.

my engine is 2.7 tdi year 1996 , is the only one in this Island of Jersey !
i had it since 1997 , i drove this truck down to France , Spain and Portugal !
never ever missed a bit ...
had covered 60.000 miles in 15 years ... not much !
