What JFK is trying to explain in this speech is that the government was prolonging the war by giving the USSR all of our war strategies. This was done so that the war could be sustained and not beating, because we all no that war is the most profitable thing in the world and the U.S government always find a way to rake in a few billions

Thanks for saying this...there may be a lot of internal conspiracies, but this is certainly about Soviet Communism. However, JFK (America's last President) does make some points that are certainly presently applicable. I have spent many years looking at the JFK killing. My sad conclusion is that his sex-life was about to make headlines....and ,in the cold war nuclear scenario, this could not be allowed to happen. ( just read "Photoplay" magazine, August 1963....see the link to Profumo girls). Result: he had to go in a way that would "protect" the Republic from its enemies ( Cuba, Russians,mafia etc).
