Either way, it's not exactly hard to scare a cat. Even if a cat is coming at them. It's not hard at all. And hun, if you want anyone to take you seriously then you should type like you were born with a brain. The dog must've done something to have provoked the cat-- even if it was intentional or not. Cat's are very complex.
