I have the same question. On AT&T's site it says

"Before installing the carrier update to enable Picture/Viedo Messaging, you should install iPhone OS 3.1 if you haven't already done so. You will be prompted to download OS 3.1 before being able to update the Picture/Viedo Messaging capability. "

For anyone who got the MMS working but the visual voicemail NOT working on 3.0.1 after doing whatever this video is showing: But I've figure it out, here is how to get the Visual voicemail back: 1) go to Setting 2) go to General 3) go to Network 4)go to Cellular Data Network 5)change the APN of Visual Voicemail to: acds.voice 6) Reboot the iphone. 7)now change the APN of Visual Voicemail back to: acds.voicemail. 8) NOW, enjoy the visual vicemail

It is still not working, sunday morning, I have a 3g running 3.0 and jailbroken, not unlocked. I have also noticed that my voicemail isn't going through, I left a message yesterday and still haven't received it. ATT said that they were experiencing delays and failures but r trying to fix. if you are going to do a tutorial do it right. you fail to show us how when we download the file its a zip not a .ipcc file and how it is exactly that we are suppose to change that. oh Also im on a 32bit XP andwhen i type /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1
