@snowbabygirl really ! Rock band did not sing like that anymore ... with that heavy blues rock voice... they don't have balls enough today :) ... Sometimes i merge Stray Dog with Painter... honestly i think the band his better with mr Dulaine... when he arrived on their 2nd and ultimate album

I saw these boys in '72 (Germany) opening for ELP. They were introduced as a loud, long haired heavy rock band. They started the show with How It Is and when they announced "Fasten your seatbelts"... well the rest was history

From the Tim Dulaine period of the band.....a very strange transformation from the first record. Everyone wondered "WTF happened to Snuffy???"

The Dulaine stuff, cool in its own way, was such a DRAMATIC change from the first album. The Dog were hijacked!!!!

Guitarist W.G. Snuffy Walden went on to write television theme songs for many shows. Straydog rocked as hard as any band of its day!
