  • She seems very nice. Did she use the knife upside down? She cooks them the way I like them with a Sambal Oelek sauce and red wine vinegar.

  • @bw8n Thank you. The duller side, the top of a knife is used to mince garlic and ginger. You can also use a garlic press for garlic and ginger grater or microoplane for ginger.
