I loved watching the video :) my only suggestion would be to introduce a fill light for filling in the hard shadows thrown by your lighting :) you seem very sweet too :) thank you
I have been looking for a well explained way to make these. I finally found it here. And by the way, if I may say so, you are a lovely young lady. Thanks for helping us learn how to make these.
You have my mouth watering lol, this was a excellent video and i will be sure to try and making them myself. Thank you for making this video i always thought it was a long process but i see its actually pretty simple :)
@bw8n Thank you. The duller side, the top of a knife is used to mince garlic and ginger. You can also use a garlic press for garlic and ginger grater or microoplane for ginger.
@brandify1 Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know! I am so glad you liked them! I always have these in the freezer. I also liked to add them when making udon and ramen noodles, makes the soup more tasty and substantial.
I really like your videos..and your kitchen :D

She seems very nice. Did she use the knife upside down? She cooks them the way I like them with a Sambal Oelek sauce and red wine vinegar.
