love how over all these years, john part has never let his name and position in the pdc get to his head. i've hung out with him many times in and outside of tournaments and overall,he acts like a regular fella. love him for that!!

God, i can't stand Kirk Shepherd. In my opinion he didn't deserve to be in the finals of 2008? Why? He lucked through the tournament. Thats my opinion, so don't freak out.

And what was even more bs, were his comments before this years world championship. Shepherd actually said, that Part ruined his dream of living a good life. Uhm..if you watch this video, there is no doubt, that Kirk screwed himself, bottomline.

I appreciate what people are saying about kirk shepherd being arrogant which he is, but people who say he didn't deserve to be in the final need to re-check that statement he deserved it as much as if not more than the people who he beat.

ive seen someones comment further down that says the others would've beat him if they hit the doubles which they didn't and he did give the lad some credit he took his chances and it didn't half pay off.

People are forgetting that Part won this final and it seems like Shepherd is getting all the attention when he was the one who lost. Does anyone remember the 2006 final, Taylor V Barneveld? You didnt see taylor getting praised but kirk shepherd seems to have made a name for him self. Dont be getting to cockey there is alot more to darts than a flukey route to the final. Oh and one last thing, REMEMBER WHO WON !

Shepherd played ok in the tournament but all his opponents played well under par until the class of john part showed that anyone who hit there doubles earlier in the tourny would have knocked him out, i dont think he will shoot up in the darts world as he thinks, it wont happen that way again.he will have to up his avge by at least 10/15 points
