Anyone viewing this can clearly see this isn't a music video as much as it's one of Kurokosan's tests of the video quality using slow motion as well as the image quality. There doesn't seem to be any indication of trying to sync the music to the lips.

@PandaGrowlll If you wish to get technical, not ALL VOCALOID's are robots. VOCALOID's a synthesis software that's programmed to sing. Miku's only one (of 3) to have her voice used for a robot. Video's on YT, so go google it. And no, VOCALOID's are not emotionless. That's up to the user. I've seen many Miku songs with emotion, realistic voice or not. So in reality, no, she's not an actual robot yet. Miku only represents VOCALOID; She herself isn't VOCALOID. Cosplay makes her real, not a robot.
