This was the first game I ever attended at Tiger Stadium. I can still hear the thunderous boos when the penalty was called.

The 1984 game, where LSU beat USC 20-3, was probably the greatest game ever played in the Coliseum.

Don't matter we out played the Greatest Team EVER the whole game.. despite the the crappy call..Then went went out to So Cal and proved the point with our 7-5 team that year by waxing them 23-3 in their backyard.. Why do you think they want to talk crap all the time to LSU fans??

I was there and it was the greatest game ever played. In the age of replay, the outcome would have been different.Clearly the right offensive lineman moved. Why such an obvious penalty was not called and such an incidental one was. The QB was going to get sacked and the face mask made NO DIFFERENCE. This game illustrates why we need instant replay and the BCS system. Without it, the preference for west coast teams would continue to influence the game. GEAUX TIGERS the 1st 2 time BCS champions!!

Where the hell do you see a preference for West Coast teams? If it wasn't for Alabama in the sixties and seventies, the SEC wouldn't have a record against the Pac 10?!? That shit talk just smacks of dumbass paranoia. Like their was some great influence that said, "We can't let the southern team win because it would further saturate our southern traditions with those left coast hippies!!! Dude, c'mon.
