Another thing to add, Luffy isn't strong only because of his df. Just because you have a df doesn't make you strong. You have to be strong in general and be able to use it. If a bum like Buggy had Luffy df it would be useless. It's good if the person who has is it good, and Luffy is strong without his Devil Fruit powers. Since he was trained since he was younger by Garp to be a Marine. His strength doesn't solely come from the DF. But Zoro still a beast, him Luffy and Sanji only useful people
