  • I have a inspiron 1100 like that but with a celeron i have told dell and they replaced the whole system after complaining about the cord breaking and i glued it together again the cord came apart and wires got crossed and fried the laptop, they were like o crap we didn't give him a new cord cause of the warranty and now the whole things busted.... better replace it.

  • just check the connectors (need open the case) clean these... im sure that the system take some liquid

  • I put this video so that the support people at Dell could help me finding out why the notebook was restarting every minute or so.

Finally, the answer was that working with the laptop with a missing rubber foot under the unit broke the main board.

So, a $1000 laptop thrown away because the $0.01 rubber foot wasn't correctly stuck!

  • The Batterys probably dead dickwads.

  • I know what will fix that. A Remington 870.

  • dell sucks, only laptops that go boom

  • ACER 4tw

  • Are acers any good?

  • dell stinks!

  • O god ive just bought a new Dell notebook, i hope it dosent end up like that!

  • I think it is broke.

  • Wicked..
