looks cool sorta like un chien andalou meets psychedelic 60s meets lots of other stuf ive seen before that isnt worth mentioning cause it was in the 80s (a tragic time) - But its stuff that the world needs to see again and like dose hard to and fucking expand their mind so a modern version is great. +5'd
the music is awesome, it sounds like it should be included in a Faces of Death documentary, if anyone knows or figures out what it is called, please let me know. Creep trailer but i absolutely love it.
It's from the Bobby Beausoleil soundtrack for the Kenneth Anger film 'Lucifer Rising'. It was rereleased a few years back in superior sound, although it's now out of print and very pricey (in hard copy). Available on iTunes, though!
also get the jimmy page soundtrack if you can find it. I can send it to you, including all the belkeconi arrangements. Just send me your email through a PM
That's no way to watch these Anger films. They really need to be seen on these immaculate DVDs - beautifully restored with the imagery vivid and overwhelmingly colourful. His filmic eye is incredible!
Hey does someone happen to know what's this song's name? The soundtrack is divided in parts and all the tracks are called Lucifer rising part something. But which part is this one?
That's real beauty. I started to get interested in cinema through his films,Brakhage and others. They r still my favourite filmakers. Juste des images
I wish he had (or would if he could) remake The Love That Whirls. It sounds like it would have been one of the great ones.

He's a director interested in filmmaking as myth making and Hollywood being the land of dreams and magic. Fascinating.

That's not Keith, but actually Anger himself from "Invocation."

Putting Bobby's bad behaviour aside, he's a great musician. His soundtrack to "Lucifer Rising" is just awesome!
