In ten years time, those kids are gonna look back at this and realise just how lucky they were to dance along next to the best band on the planet. Mon the Frabbit!

The best thing about this band is that they use simple melodies and chord progressions, but still manage to be incredibly original. A real breath of fresh air, keep it up lads!
@adam3music OMG, same FUCKING thing happened to me.. i left a not for myself in a word document and i googled frightened rabbit and was like... oh, its a band... so then i youtubed it and it lead me here!
( Also what the hell good do you think it does to try to make kids HAPPY all the time when they are going to live in this world as adults? - They deserve security and guidance and a certain level of freedom, but they don't need a 24/7/52/365/18 joy ride.)
Heard about these guys through an interview with the one and only Ben Gibbard. My first impression was.. What a weird voice.
Then I pulled my head out of my ass, listened to a bunch of songs while reading the lyrics, and realized that this is one of the best albums money can buy.
Please promote the hell out of these guys. They deserve the money and the fame, unlike anything you're likely to find on the radio.
Fajny, chwytliwy kawałek, z przyzwoitym tekstem i niezłym pomysłem na video, z dzieciakami w roli głównej. Pozbawiona zahamowań, autentyczna szczerość niektórych reakcji - bezcenna!
'and while Im alive, I'll make tiny changes to earth'....we all should,...the world would be better off without mankind, 'if the planet dies; we die; if we die; the planet lives'...but this song makes it almost bearable to live AND save the planet, if we did it it would be beautiful...
Beautiful song...Im an atheist but I wish I could see the world through the eyes of this song...its beautiul thing and I hope my dad is wherever they say he is...
See. I don't think a song can mean many things to many different people. It doesn't matter what it means to one person, as long as it hits home in some way with you, the artist's job is done
This song isn't about anything you guys have said.
It is easily about how even though we may all be religious or not religious, the point of life is to each give a little back to the Earth to make it a better place, and how he believes Religion sometimes steps in between that.
This IS NOT christian rock you fucking idiots. To me, most of the songs are about loss. "YOU'RE THE SHIT AND I'M KNEE DEEP IN IT!!!!!!" If it was christian rock, this would mean that Jesus was a pile of fucking shit...........Mmmmmmmm.

You probably only heard the song God of this City, correct me if I am wrong. The one that really reminds me of them is called God's plan. They are indeed Christian though, so if that is a turn-off for you, then they are probably not the ideal band to listen to. They do put on a great live show and they are indeed a great band in my opinion, but I realize you are entitled to your own opinion :)
Thanks for the try out anyway lol, not many people will go out of their way for that haha!
Yeah, I always check out peoples recomendations. I like christain music if it is done well, I just dont think they do it well atall, i thought it was shallow, emotionless and soulless. Just kissin god ass more or less :P. The type of christian pop music i like is when it tells the effect of religion on people in reall life, rather than 'preaching' over pop music to try and get in with the youth.
