He considered them to have lied about video.

i dont know how they can claim the law does not apply to them? what law do they use then? common law is not comprehensive enough and does not incorporate many modern day crimes.

how can you not consent to a law? laws do not need your consent. i am sure that most criminals do not consent to the law hence why the break them..

Without wanting to sound like I'm insulting anyone because your all doing a fantastic job of standing up against the corporate scum but we need to get organised with this freeman movement. Currently, whenever someone attends court and trys to speak the truth you all sound like a bunch of unorganised people quoting law without giving an argument thats chalenging enough. You need to find someone who's a solicitor who is willing to really go against the grain and put you freeman case across.

@mikostone - From my research.... one would NEVER go into a court room and represent THEM SELVES.... they would have a laymen.... take "their" birth certificate in... and go from there.... then proceed to sue the judges and all those running the sceme...and its a process.... so lets get to work....

One of my very oldest friends has a law degree and she only originally sat it because she felt so powerless when one of us was in court. When we were young, there were 15 of us who were like family and we all used to look after eachother. We were villans always in trouble but after she passed her law degree we had all settled down. Anyway, she proved it can be done by anyone. She actually hates the law and only took the degree to beat it. bless her
