ABH is very easy. Just look forward, then jump and in air hold CTRL then turn around with the mouse and spam SPACE (jump)

He's using frame-advance assistance with something like these commands:

fps_max 60

bind f "next 1"

singlestep 1

After that pressing f advances through frame by frame, essentially allowing the player to play perfectly. As depicted here.

Yup yup. :). Its funny, but those are exactly the commands I use. F is next 1 and my fps is at 60. :-P.
