When the Sovereign people learn the power of the office of juror we shall have law that is for the people. The juror has a duty to ignore the judge's instructions ,and decide the facts as well as the law. If its bad law then acquit! Nullification not ballot boxes change law. WHat do you call 50,000 lawyers at the bottom of the sea? A: A good start! Common law jurisdiction is key, live and work at the common law. Use the writ of Quo Warranto if you get pestered by these corrupt officials.

I am a black man, I no criminal record and a degree in computer science. I have been fighting against an Eluding charge in the state of NJ where I reside. I kept driving at 28 to 30 miles per hour in a 50 mph speed zone with my hazard lights and the inside light in my car on. March 25, 2011 I was found guilty of the charge. @1SokeGuy If you were found guilty of the charge after a jury trial you have two potential remedies, the first is an appeal to a higher court and the second is called post conviction relief. If the “guilty” conviction was found by way of a plea agreement your only remedy would be through post conviction relief.
