the boards we buy are quite exspensive cause we pay like shipping costs for them in the price

the same reason you do the pleasurable things you do. its fun, its creative, its unique, and its entertaining (to do and watch. they "arent going anywhere" per say, they just go out and do the most cool looking or difficult tricks they can manage to perform. they are becoming extremely well known and getting free product and paychecks or cheques, if thats what you mean by "going some where". the skaters do talk in the real full-length video, you should purchase it. i hope this clears things up.
