Mack is a knife.

Bowyer is a bow.

Yaridovich is a spear.

You want hard mode? Try enduring long enough to the point where Yaridovich runs out of FP for his attacks and you have to knock him down with physical attacks only.

I'm pretty sure you can't use it on bosses that would end the battle if hit with it. But something like Exor's Eye, or Smithy's face? Yeah it should work.

It only works on Exor and the Yaridovich clone, since both of them were apparently not labeled as bosses in the game's coding.

Mack is a knife, Bowyer is a bow, the Axem Rangers are Power Ranger spoofs with axes, and Exor is a sword. Yaridovich does not resemble anything I have ever seen.

That was only the clone that Geno Whirl hit. The clone has its own hp. Yaridovich only has double his normal amount in this video.

I played this hack... and it was hard as heck, lol. I always kept peach around for healing... Yaridovich was really hard, but Bundt was almost as hard (at least for me). fun hack... but ouch towards the end of the game on how high some of the enemy's attack gets, lol.

After I returned to the other town and faced Yaridovich for the first time, he blasted me apart with the water blast and meteor attacks. Shouldn't have taken that guy for granted...

No, the timing for bosses are just different and harder to figure out/perform. But getting 9,999 damage on bosses IS in fact possible! I've even done it on Yaridovich.

It's ZSNES. It doesn't actually run quite as smoothly as the video does on my computer. It tends to get a bit of slowdown, but the video plays is back at full speed.

And yea, I'm hoping for a nice PSP emu eventually so I can play the two Mega Man remakes xP

I own 2 PSPs 1 hacked 1 not. I own both Megaman Remixes. They are both so much fun. I can take my legit copy and copy it directly to my hacked PSP. I just have to relocate the ISO file and it's playable. I like that cause if I want to play smaller game files I don't have to carry around extra games, but of course the PSP is thicker... so it's kinda a trade of :P

I don't really see a small difference. Yaridovich was always easy to hit up to over 120 damage using any character. The Water Blast attack always causes the same amount.

The 131 one from his first Water Blast on Geno was definitely not normal. The rest of the other ones are probably more normal looking because of the added Geno Boosts on everyone. Also, his defense stat isn't changed at all, so all my characters cause normal damage. He just has twice the hp that he normally does.

It's an IPS patch on the rom. You need to find the patch (I forget where I find it now), a normal rom, and an IPS patcher (I used LunarMagic I think it was).

i always hated the water blasts from this boss. he seemed like one of the most hardest bosses to kill. i had elixirs to back me up though instead of mid-mushrooms since they heal entire group. geno whirl can be helpful to use the next time i play this boss though.

Yardovich? He takes normal damage..I just over trained a tad and since it's on a ROM and moves a little slow at times, I've learned the exact timing for the more powerful timed hits. Other than that, defence has not been modded in any way.

Yea, the timed Whirl trick works on the Yardovich clone, and you can easily tell which one it which by their attacks and the amount of damage you do to each.

That battle looks really hard, seeing that Yardiovich can hit for nearly 150 damage on the entire team with one turn. But why is there so much slowdown?
