Is this the CECT i32 or something else? When I click on the settings, there are only 4 choices and I cant read anything. I dont know where is the Phone settings and etcetera. SOS!!!!!!!

Maybe your firmware was broken .Please contact your supplier to repaire it .

Ask them to send back to factory to reinstall the firmware.

Thank you. I just restored the factory settings and it became Chinese I dont understand nor read Chinese. When I tried to click on the Settings, only four choices appeared and I dont know where the Phone settings is. I havent done anything on the phone except to restore the factory settings, does this mean the firmware has been broken? Hope I could upload some videos of my phone later so you could see it. Thanks for your help.
