MW2 on FFA if two guys are boosting with tactical insertions or someone is using the javelin glitch that would be considered just cheating since they're abusing an exploit in the game.

@Vitaminb Yes but if you read the small description when you hover over cheater, it says exploits, so hacking is exploits. And it was just a simple profile modification that allows you to have the IW dev mode enabled.

If he was system tampering that would mean he opend up the xbox to make unautherised changes to the motherboard or dvd drive.(ie.jtagging or flashing)

All I'm saying is he did was change his profile to a dev mode profile, and used what technicaly was in the game to his advantage
