  • Commercial Solar panels are expensive !

It takes 10 years to cover up the investment

Here is how you can do it yourself at only 10% of the price

Just go to Google and give a search with the keyword -

    "Top DIY Solar Panels"

  • hello

what I need to know it's how I can link between solar and wind to the Batteries on one charge controller or whatch way I can link them with good way

    thank you

  • So you're completely off the grid? Do you have any excess energy? Do you sell it?

  • @dogfan4lyfe Nope I dont sell Buddy

  • My Dad went to Paris Island in 1950 a few years before I was born. He was proud to have been a Marine..

  • @wa4aos OORAH Semperfi Glenn

  • Thanks for the good time.

  • @diysolarpanels100 Your welcome Pal

  • Question for ya.... 33dc amps works out to be about how many ac amps ??? Any idea..?

I'm hoping to run a 5000btu ac unit it draws just under 400 watts and about 3.5amp do u think your system could run something like that ??

  • @peeinginthewind 33 dc amps is the same as ac amps I had to check it out also I run My Ac unit with My system No Problem Its the same size I think you will Be in Great shape Buddy No Problem If you havent Bought an AC unit make sure you get a Energy star rated they are great Buddy

  • @peeinginthewind There are losses but essentially Voltage times Amps on the AC side has to equal Voltage times Amps on the DC side. If your DC system is 12 volts then the Amps have to be 10 times what it would be for your 120 V AC - 400 W = 120 V AC x 3.33 Amps = 12 V DC x 33.3 Amps.

I am pretty sure this system would not be able to run your AC unit, just not enough solar panels. Solar power might be fun and interesting but power from your power company is way cheaper.

  • Sounds good!!! Thanx for getting back... Iv been shopping around for a charge controller but I think I'm better off getting something that will allow me to expand..let the addiction being :) keep the vids coming!!
