Orchestra Playbacking?? It Sounds much more than 2 violins 2 violas and 1 cello, also they stop after -strings backingtrack ends. As you can see at 3:55. Use a backingtrack is so common on this kind of tv shows. Matt, Dom and Chris are really playing.

They were sources of knowledge, culture, and poetic lyrics and myths. My guess to as of why they chose the name Muse is because there were originally 3 muses of Greek mythology and there being 3 people in the band. Hope this answers your question. One last thing...
