@Boomer1949 Those are settling tanks leftover from when it really was a pig farm or for mining tailings or something else. They have been there for many years. It is federal land, but there is no parcel number(very unusual). It is simply listed as null. Honestly, I've had very little luck, so far, locating contractors or vendors. I'm usually good at that sort of thing. I'll find them, it takes time. I have been to the gate. You can't see anything from the highway, or the gate, for that matter.
This installation, according to Google Earth's time line, was there, as it is now, since 1997. Were you aware of that?

@Boomer1949 All of the renovations and the addition of the larger units have been done since the time we found the camp. Less than 5 years ago.
