  • where is the technique??

  • uncondition means

  • It sound's like he's saying have you'r spirit be calm awake,and asleep.Makes you above the world,and above you'r fantasies.Putting you'r spirit first,and the world second...

  • Please include the next part--HOW TO BE AWARE IN DEEP SLEEP. Many thanks!

  • Swamiji....you have awakened me....don't know if I will be able to get you out of my imagination or memory....

  • Do you work on killing the samskaras, or do you work on de-activating them? I would love to know! Samskaras can make you misserable, have pain, un able to do things. They are horrible!!! =O

  • It's not about killing them. It is about releasing them so they are free and you are free. It is about unclutching and releasing.

Your fear of them gives them power. If you release them then they release you. Done.

If you eternally release and unclutch then you are enlightened. Whatever you face unclutch. As Swamiji says it's the ultimate technique.

I love lucid dreams. I love freedom. I might just release myself of this prison of my own creation. No-one is holding me back except me. I release.
