RB ur QB seems to have a solid arm, but u said it urself about ur run game and u run a Pro style offense... u need a solid RB for that. Get a **** RB who can run and a decent backup QB

I agree with TheWoolzy and eil5496, your defense sounds like the problem here. If your secondary is the problem then compensate with a sick pass rush, Beef up the D line and/or the LB's. If your front 7 are the problem then get some good safetys and maybe one real solid corner to form a shutdown secondary.

your running back looked good, as well as your recievers

maybe you should go after some secondary help..

safetys and cornerbacks.. sounds like defense is your biggest problem
