i know here in california the test is written by lawyers. it might be true for all other states too. the test is designed to be hard or what would be the point of having a test? the good news is that it can be conquered. i recommend finding a reliable prep course. the one i took provided me with questions that were 100% same as the test. i would advise you to not only study the test questions but the material that parallels the questions.
took the test, passed it, now im ready to dominate the industry.
