I despised Wendy's Dinah....no disrespect to Wendy (she's got tremendous talent) but Dinah had no rooting ability for me back then...Gina T.'s Dinah has so many layers and can make you love or hate her

Wendy did rock the hell outta Dinah--I just couldn't stand the character when she played Dinah, Dinah had no rooting value for me back then....I was team Cassie all the way

GT can play good girl or bad girl Dinah and she still manages to convey a sympaythy with me that never came across with Wendy's Dinah........Wendy was a good bad girl Dinah though

When Gina played the bad Dinah when she started off I thought she was hilarious e.g. when she bedded Johnathan and pretended to be pregnant with Edmund's child to fool Cassie it was cruel but the lines the writers gave Gina were great. Wendy's Dinah was evil to the core, i mean she tried to run over Cassie and shot Hart, she took away Cassie's sons father away from him. How Cassie managed to forgive Dinah is beyond me

Dinah did have redeeming qualities. At the center of her core she was still a little girl who felt abandoned by her parents.. So everything she did in the 90's was about getting the love she missed as a child. Plus Cassie stole Dinah's man. Of course she was not going to let him go so easily

Cassie didnt steal Hart, he's a grown man who made the choice to be with Cassie and not with Dinah and Dinah couldn't handle that reality. And there was no excuse for the crappy way she treated Vanessa for years in the '90's

I don't watch GH, but I do tune in every once in a while because I so love Laura Wright. I think that she is beautiful, extremely talented, charismatic as hell and she has awesome hair! I loved her as Cassie on GL. My first name is Casi, (same as Cassie, just spelled differently) and my last name is Hart. I remember watching Cassie and Hart and always thinking that it was my destiny to watch GL, because their names combined, are mine.

I am glad Dinah is back but I like the fact GL cast a very fine actress to the role, Gina Tognoni is so great fitting to the character, Wendy was good, but Gina has everyone impressed on how she took over the wildly popular role.

neveah45 if you don't watch it then you don't have a clue what your talking about, Dinah killed Cassie's man because she used to have him and could not have him again. Dinah is now a better person but in these early episodes, she was pure evil

As much as I despise what Carly On Gh has become under Laura Wright, she was a great Cassie. I like Nicole Forrester and think she would be great as a new character. I loved Wendy Moniz's Dinah so much better than Gina Tognoni's though I blame most of it on the writing.

I liked Cassie (LW's version, not the current version), but always loved me some Dinah more! But then I always liked the scheming ones.... I loved watching Sami dupe Austin into being with her instead of Carrie back in the 90's. The bad-ass bitches rule! :)

I just remembered why I hated LW's Cassie so much. As bland as Forrester's is, LW's was just a nasty, selfish wench that the writers kept telling us was some saint. Ugh. The way she, Harley and Reva treated Dinah, Beth, and Annie was despicable.
