This is nice, but I don't think it is the Bells on Temple Square playing the music. These sound more like glass bells or something other than the brass and aluminum Malmark bells that BoTS generally uses.
The video is definitely taken from footage of various films produced by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, so maybe that's where the confusion is from. (The Mormon Tabernacle Choir and the Bells on Temple Square are official LDS church organizations.)
