Schade das die neuen Audis so ein anfälliger Einheitsbrei geworden sind.

Bei meinem Audi 100 von 91 habe ich nur Öl Bremsen und Zahnriemen machen müssen, Beim 99 A6 musste ich bei halb so viel km schon 5 mal so viel Reparieren, zuletzt die Einspritzpumpe für 2000 €. Das wars mit Audi, sie sind schön aber nicht mehr stabil.

Quattroowner hat da im eigentlichen Sinne recht, die RS Reihe ist die Oberklasse der A4 und 6 Audi´s und eine hommage an den Rennsport, hat aber mit Rennsport im engeren Sinne nix zu tun. Zu schwer. Schnell sind die trotzdem, immerhin bisher der einzige wagen, mit dem ich an den 300 gekratzt habe. :-)

Kochiminator2: Weist du, wo die Traggelenke bei nem Auto sind? Bei der Felgenbreite und Einpresstiefe liegen die in der Felge des RS6..:-) sitzt auf Bodengruppe auf...

mit dem kannst du genauso gut durch kurven fahren wir mit nem porsche. und zwar ohne porbleme.

ich bin schon im Rs4 und im Rs6 mitgefahren, und im RS4 sogar mit auf ner rennstrecke und ich muss sagen Rennsport pur!

die karre hat sicherlich auf dem traggelenk aufgesessen und da bringt auch der allradantrieb nix! das einzige was da helfen würde, wäre ein sperrdifferenzial, der rs6 hat zwar eines aber nur zu 25%...

i think you could lock the differential in the audi 200 quatrro, but i don't know about the rs6 since i've never been in one... but locking the diff would be extremely helpful in that situation.

you may be right concerning the 200. But this option is not given in the RS6. The RS6 "locks" diffs by brakes which begins to work when wheels began to play mole. The system's called EDS electronic diff lock.(Elektronische DifferenzialSperre) and is used from the first A6 in '94. Even quattros didn't have any possibility to lock the diffs mechanically. Really no advance to the older quattros.

A torsen would habe been a nice replacement.

partly yes but specifically in this u can see that the rs6 is heavier has wide sports tires that really are not good in the snow. Sadly some skinny/knobby tires work good in the snow becasue they break through and find grip whereas wide tires have more surface area making the tires float on top of the snow and when the wheels spin it packs the snow making it very slippery like ice. If the rs6 had some better tires im sure it could have got out

the old quattro's have the sper diff button, new ones don't, they regulate all by computer. So that's why the 200TQ probably has the capability of pulling the RS6 out.
