Aahhh.... Gotta love the ROC for unregulated use of explosives. I used to live in Taiwan and was there for the lunar new year of the Dragon. The firecrackers over in N.America are little whimpy farts in comparison.

my mother's an Ox, so this is her year :) LOL @ all the fireworks in the street and the poor guy on his bicycle maneuvering around it. Apparently fireworks arent illegal in Shanghai! :-)
