After reading his very helpful book 'Change your life in 7 days' I was convinced that he also can help met to get rid of my 'beer-belly'. I read his book 'I can make you thin' and listend again and again to his mind prgramming CD. The result is that I have now the shape I am comfortable with.
Paul McKenna is one of the most important discoveries I made in my whole life. I'll never forget when I went into that bookstore in the UK and bought a book of that Hypnosis guy I never heard of before.
In a nutshell: 46 yrs old, lifelong addiction to food, starve and binge, using it like a drug for every emotional reason, not stopping until I felt bloated. Tried hypnosis twice, didn't work so I was skeptical. Did everything on the show and it WORKS! Losing the weight is a bonus but I conquered my addiction! Eating is now something I have to do to live. Period. I wish I had known about this years ago. Paul is my hero-what a kind, decent man. I have never felt better in my life! Try it-it works!
I find it's boredom that does it. Sitting in front of the TV I feel the need to eat. I've overcome it by trying to be active at night. I started off working a bit harder and longer hours (and sometimes a bit from home) and the next thing I knew I was not only doing better in my career but I have also not been feeling the overwhelming urge to eat at night. It's because of an emptiness that needs to be filled. Try playing a console game or something as well.
this doesnt work 4 me!! [cries] ive bloody tried, read the book, listened 2 the cd + im still bloated, guess im just always gonna b fat right?
