This version is so much more real and deep. I liked the People like you fuck people like me version better live, the final studio version sounds so rushed and ruins it for me. Hopefully I get used to it, but listening to this makes me wish she never re-worked it in the first place.

This one is so much better. The studio version sounds like something a haggard, post-rehab, middle-aged Avril Lavigne would sing although maybe that's what she was going for. Her solo (and Hole 2.0) songs always start out good and then she ruins them in the studio. The same thing happened with All the Drugs and But Julian. Good live versions in 2001, then the album comes out and boht songs suck.

I think this one does transcend age gaps, I can see someone 48 years old listening to this and the other seems to be aimed at people in their teens to late twenties, I like both versions, but I think I am partial to this one and the performance. She put so much heart and passion into it

dont worry shes not that thin anymore this video is from a set of shows she played last summer she looks alot healthier now in my opinion, what you're seeing in this video is the result of courtney's crash diet that she went on where she only drank isopure protein shakes, ate fish and vegetables to slim down fast and then she did a regiment of cardiovascular excercises, yoga and pilates to get into shape---i gotta say though this performance is really fuckin on, the stuff payed off.
