I was looking into buying one of these for ghost hunting lol how do record video with it with a dvr system maybe? and is there anyway to get audio too with it
@grazhopprr I think that was a deer carcass......we got up the street and I wondered why I didn't get out to check it out. But I was out there with a predetermined goal. And we have no corn squatches here...lol. I wondered about rather the cat could see the IR.
I've never got the impression that any animal I was observing could see the IR from the yukon. They react to me if I'm noticed but not to the IR light.
@bludger247 I own a few IR type security cameras and some do indeed emit a noticable glow from the IR leds but the yukon doesn't. At least to my eye there is no visible glow at all.
What model is that? Looking for a paranormal investigation tool that can get a quality recording. Can that be mounted on a tripod?

Grazz....you were right that is a dog......I went back and checked it out last night. Funny thing is, its intact. Nothing has got to it yet.

Worked pretty good on that dead dog, hehe. Interesting that the cat didn't move till it got tired of being flashed by that IR light.

@206pappy They wont be able to see the IR but they will be able to see the faint red glow at the source though
