fallout 3 how to get the firelance at start of the game

I followed Ur tutorial. This event occurred and there was an explosion. I went to the fireman but nothing not even the cells were there. Is it still possible to re load and get it?

Just did this on xbox.. not level 2 and I got power armor training from the Anchorage sim but it took me freakin FOREVER to get this random encounter! And thanks to the stupid mirelurks I've already used half the ammo savin my own ass >_<

i got it in front of super duper mart i was on the wasteland survival guide quest to there right after i left the vault and went to megaton and i was being attacked by a raider that i guess picked it up and damn was he doin some damage to me.

just a little tip if you're having trouble finding the actual gun but you can see the glow in the dark alien power cells bring dogmeat and tell him to find a gun

as soon as you leave vault 101 head west until you find a barn if you dont get the random encounter reload your autosave from leaving the vault and keep trying i just tried this for the first time and it worked after 3 tries

The reason this works is because this is one of the many (as in about 25) places that this certain "scripted random event" can happen at. So there is no right way to do it. If you just keep loading it the random events change with each load making it more likely that you find it :D

Uh no it didn't. There is no "first" alien blaster, there is only one. This is fire lance. The only alien blaster in the game is found by a cranes UFO. It does not drop from any enemies. You are either a troll or a kid who wants attention.

There is no random drop of firelance or of the alien blaster. The only way to get it in fallout 3 (no dlc) is by the crashed spaceship and firelance through the random encounter.

@hank500thecool did you mod/abuse it? if so its a physical problem the hardware needs repair. if not its a software problem, i cant narrow it down to every probelm, I would use google for that, seriously it helps. my guess would be either overheating or a wire is not plugged in. make sure all the wires are in correctly take them out and blow in them. blow into the disk drive and replug in all the wires. gl

I got this encunter near bethesda ruins at a gas station, I got the ammo but I never found the gun so I used the "tcl" command and found more alien cells underground but still did´t find the gun. Is there a way that they drop ammo than maybe another encunter that you find the gun?

You can get and wear power armor at level 1 all you have to do is buy broken steel -.- At the end you get the winterised T-51b power armor which you don't need training for and it never wears out either.
