Estimated friend, if you want to listen again this song and an endless number of successes of the love I suggest you to visit Radio MUSICA PARA MIMOS - looks for his direction URL in Google ( search Musica para Mimos in Google)-. best romantic music of all the times in Internet, is great, is very good ...!!!
They put this song on American dad Ironically to show American exessiveness and lazyness. For instance when they were competing with a Soviet sympathizer to build a rocket the Americans used migrant labor, stolen parts, a fuel guzzling engine and they put a McDonalds logo on it.
Another time was when a British agent was on a mission in the mountains and was escaping on a snowboard and the American showed up with a huge snowmobile and alertet the enemies.
This is an awesome some for 4th of July!!! I saw Night Ranger in 2001 at Junfest in Las Vegas, along with Molly Hatchet, Billy Squire, Bad Company, Styx and Journey!! That was one kick-ass show!!!
Great song for the 4th! I saw them back in 1995 at some dive bar in Charlotte and even there with the lousy acoustics and tiny stage, they still rocked!

Absolutely love this tune and am happily bummed that the this is classic rock. If you were there you know this brought tears to your eyes as easily as any other patriotic song. And of course, it was, as usual, as always, better live!!!
I would LOVE to see a Damn Yankees reunion. I would see them in a heartbeat. I never saw them when they were together. A ture supergroup. I know Tommy is touring with Styx and Jack is touring with Night Ranger. Ted is touring now, too. Maybe after they are done. Would be a great time for a new Damn Yankees album. (btw, for you fans of Damn Yankees, there is actually a 3rd album that never got released.....)
@Demonhoopa: You're right, I once saw JEFFERSON STARSHIP try. LMFAO. It didn't go well for them. Trying to sing 'We Built This City On Rock N' Roll' on a stage that was STILL smoldering.

Night Ranger may not have been one of the best bands ever song writing wise but I remember back in the day, NOBODY could follow them in concert. They could smoke anyone live.
i dont know why in the holy mother of ass people comment about justin bieber in a rock n roll video......forget about the damn kid and listen to whatever music you like, geez!
There is "NO" (C)RAP or SHIT SLOP that can even THINK of touching anything LIKE THIS!!! NO POSSIBLE WAY ON EARTH!!! That's NOT my opinion, THAT'S FACT!!!

@CxntMuffinLylee same for my high school. However, i actually know 5 people from my school who are going too see journey/forigner/nr concert this year! Im going too! Cant wait!
@CxntMuffinLylee PATHETIC some of the best musicians of that time history of rock & roll 3 awesome bands over 10 #1 songs of the time !!! fond Memories rock on!!
@CxntMuffinLylee You're school is slow. A lot of people in my school like Classic Rock, and most other schools also. People who say stuff like you just said are usually people just that listen to classic rock because it's cool. But I can tell your'e not one of them, lol. I'm pretty sure people know who Journey is.
@MegaBob77777 It, could be worse... you could be living in Brazil, where the "Rock in Rio" will have Pop and Axé, and you don't go to the really rare shows such as Ozzy or Iron or Megadeth or wathever it is because the income of a month barely pays the trip and ticket.... damn... oh, god save Youtube!
@MegaBob77777 Dude, i'm 17 and i agree with what you say, the music nowadays is not good, about 10 good bands in the last 15 years, 100's in the previous 30 years! Gotta love good ol' rock n roll!
@MegaBob77777 I have the same sentiment- it's like the furniture that was made to last that we don't see anymore (substitute ikea, etc for rap). A veteran of 150ish concerts, I however, was an '82 grad and envy your zep experience. Ca boy. though did see edgar winters at the ritz in the village in '88. Long live rock, bro!
@MegaBob77777 Dude you are rock royalty. Zeppelin in 75 at MSG. a-fucking-mazing. Yeah I started going to see concerts in 1981 at the age of 15 so I was blessed with all the great rock bands from the 70s and 80s. I saw Night Ranger a couple of times back in 80s they were always a great live band. I still enjoy a good concert, unfortunately there are not too many of them left.
@MegaBob77777 You r so right, music today sucks. I remember seeing the official video of this song on night flight...... The music today has no heart, no talent, and no feeling.... Just to think my parents thought this music was demoic.......funny huh.The music today is so much more evil!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this song! Brings me back to go old days in the 80's. Thank goodness for YouTube it's like a time machine. Thanks Night Ranger for all the great memories! Yeah you can Still Rock In America!
