1 Timothy was not condoning slavery. He was telling the believers to act properly so that they would not bring on slander to the teachings of Jesus. Luke 12 says servant not slave. Paul, in ephesians 6, told masters to treat their slaves the same way, with fear and respect because there is no favoritism in heaven. if that is obeyed it is less like slavery and more like brotherhood. the rest of the verses you've quoted are commandments to the Jews and they were never binding on christians.

Anyone who speaks of God can't help but put earthly definitions and terms on God, because there is no other way to communicate. You also define God, specifically as being aware of all time.
