They are just strip lighting or 2 long tubes. Mine hang from the ceiling right over the mannequin inside a metal casing. They actually are by GE and say plant/aquarium wide spectrum on the tubes, 2 of them inside the metal casing that is hanging from 2 wires, one on each end and then wire attached to screwhooks in ceiling. Play with the height & how far forward or back you need it so no shadows over your needed area. It's very cheap and took me 4ever to figure this out for correct colors.

Hey there Lauren,

On your lighting issue, have you tried those white light tubes that are for growing plants indoors? When I sold Gothic clothing on Ebay I found putting one on the ceiling right over the mannequin made the colors much whiter and true to color. Every other kind of lighting I tried was too yellow and it took me forever to constantly correct the colors in Photoshop. Home Depot or hardware stores like that have them.
