@ExNBloOd That is one of the NPCs in the new town, and he is (apparently) Siran, a legendary blade master. Looks more like a drunk or an alchemist with that bottle in his hand.

The good thing about the fatigue removal is that more people will be playing.. which is good because a Crusader is currently useless without a party
