What a great film bit! I lived on Carroll Street in the early 90's. Love the tunnel and I sure miss Panorama Ray! I also volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club on Carroll. We would break into to mill and steal off with great old rusty industrial pieces.
I always saw the Gaskill folks but they wouldn't have much to do with me and a couple of fab gay guys.
