@hillaryishillary i think whats happening is that the guy broke up with the girl for some reason (the lyrics say that they were both exhausted or wearied from their relationship) and the girl wrote in that diary 'go there in my place' so he either re-visits the place and thinks about the memories or he imagines the girl there (not sure which). In the end he realizes that hes still in love with her and goes back to her side after his journey ('good things might be repeated') hope this helps :)

@ahspace For the manga, I scanned the pages, translated the Chinese online, and used Photoshop to put the translations into the scans. But you could just as easily use Paint, too.
I learned how to use the programs online. I can PM you some links. ^^

@ahspace, I used Aegisub to make the subtitles, then VirtualDub to attatch them to the video.
