You know, this episode always makes me think about Dil's intelligence. When Didi gave Dil his keys in place of the souvenir, he pretended to be happy with them. But when the adults went back inside and the babies went over to see if Dil was alright, Dil threw the keys away and began to fuss. I'm probably over thinking this, but it makes me wonder if Dil pretended to like the keys so he wouldn't worry Did, his grandpa, aunt. o3o
@ChibbySu i think your over thinking it he could have just been upset because the adults left him or he could have just lost interest in the keys i think there could be a lot of reasons for him crying, but who knows you could be right
@BandGeekXP All those things are very possible, the only thing is that Dil is upset throughout the entire episode and it seems to be because he didn't get a souvenir. In part 2 when [*SPOILER ALERT*] the statue of liberty teething ring falls out of Grandpa's breast pocket, the moment Dil sees it, he cheers up and says, "Mine mine!" while reaching for it. That makes me think that he knew that souvenir was his and felt upset over the fact that he might not have gotten one. o3o
@ChibbySu true i forgot about that part he probably did feel a bit left out but i don't think he faked being happy in front of his parents it just doesn't work in my head
FACT: America WAS indeed named after a man. Phil was right.

@ChibbySu I doubt it, it probably just took him a few minutes to register that this was his same old toy and everyone else had got new ones.

How did Susie pull a circular dish of Cole slaw out of a rectangular bin on her big wheel? Lol.

I love the way Lil laughed when her and Phil swapped souvenirs.

"America's a boy." Phillip said.
I hate to tell him but mostly people call America a girl.
