You can make supplication or 'du'a' during your period but you are not permitted to make the obligatory salat (the one with movements done 5 times a day). Most Muslim women feel that it is a blessing - an exemption made out of mercy. She can still communicate with the Almighty but is not physically pure for the sake of salat. The exemption is not a reflection of her inferiority as a spiritual being. The topic of cleanliness is a very big topic in Islam and covers all aspects of life!
well well well, what about ur book then ? the bible .. what dose it say ? do u know that it says that whenever a woman has her period then u shouldn't even touch her for a week ? do u know that even the chair that she sits on should be burnt ? do u know that ? go back and read ur book guys before attacking the Quran and Islam
I thought it was kind of nice that if a woman on her period makes dinner, you have to break the dish she cooked it in. It would tend to give women a break from cooking when they might be feeling tired or woozy, don't you think? Sometimes when I'm PMS I break a dish if anyone even SUGGESTS I need to make dinner instead of reservations, lol.
Sura 4:43 "Muslims, draw not near unto prayer...(if) ye have touched women...then go to high clean soil and rub your face and your hands." (Muslim women are pariahs and dirty)."
Sura (5:6) - "...if ye have had contact with women, and ye find not water, then go to clean, high ground and rub your faces and your hands with some of it."
Women are polluting. Men purify themselves following a casual contact with a woman.
Is a woman experiencing her own moral uncleaness during menses? no
Its a God given part of normal physiology for many purposes including prepartation for recieiving the gift of life--Children
Those who pray with moral compromise in their hearts should fear God's scorn much more than a woman who hungers to be close to God and prays during her menses.
There you have it from a male doctor who loves God--and the women who He seeks to be His worshippers.

i like your video, very good points. however, what I understand is that you think that this law was formed by men to deny us women rights? God wants to ease our discomforts and pain by excusing us from prayer during that time of month, because He is all Merciful and very Considerate, not because He is denying us our rights! By the way, why do we pray the way we do? Because we pray with our 'bodies' an spiritually. God gifted us with this body and so we use it in prayer.
Muslim women need to free themselves FROM Islam.
