You can get roughly 1800 shots. It really depends on your dwell and firing can size. I would suggest a dwell of about 9-10ms and a pressure of about 170-180 for best efficiency. You can definitely get a lower pressure, but a smaller firing can with higher pressure and lower dwell will yield better efficiency.
