Timing is excellent,pace is good,characters are well designed,voice sync is well done.

Animating is something that takes time and talent. You have to be good at art or you have no chance of getting anywhere. To make something like this you'd need several years experience. I've been animating for 2 years and I'm not anywhere near as good as this.
